RETURNS

• Returns must be received by us within 14 days of you receiving the item/s.
• Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer.
• Goods and packaging must be in original condition
• If there is a problem with the delivery please inform us immediately 
• Refunds will be issued within 28days of receiving the goods
• Earrings are not refundable, due to hygiene reasons.
• Personalised goods are not refundable

 

EXCHANGES

• We only replaced items if they are defective or damaged.
• Exchanged item will be replaced with a product of the same size and colour.
